I have enjoyed this game for about 1 and 1/2 years. The game provides many hours of enjoyment each day. I have met many new friends as well. I do not have many complaints about AoC. While I make the statements below, I have to say I will enjoy many more years of game play on AoC. One thing that could improve is the battles against dragons, golems or other large creatures. When attacking them you have to reduce the amount of Hit Points (HP) they have. This is shown by how many bars they loose. However, if you attack and they do not loose an entire bar then it is like that damage never happened. So.. I think that if you take out 5.5 of 8 bars of HP in one attack then when the next attack begins the creature should only have 2.5 bars of HP instead of 3 bars. The only other thing that I would like to see, and I am sure many others that play daily would agree, is a way to even out the amount of money English speaking players spend for items versus the amount Chinese players spend. For instance if a Chinese player spends the equivalent of $10 for items, an English speaking player has to spend $100 to get the same amount of items. This discrepancy really alienated many English speaking players because of the difficulty when they try to compete to win battles/events.
Trouble navigating some, but GREAT GAME.
So I had a lot of trouble at first trying to figure out how to switch realms. I even got a little snippy with the game creators towards the end in all of the frustration, but I figured out that I was misunderstanding what was meant by a notification if a realm was full. Totally user error. So far this game is fantastic. It is a bit too heavy on the pay to play aspect, which isn’t necessary. People are going to spend money on building up their characters. The money grab really isn’t necessary. Ever study how Walmart got so big going after many who spend only a dollar? You make more money keeping it low and being a hit with the masses (hint: the masses are the poor), then you do coating big bucks and only targeting the upper class. Just putting that out there. At any rate, I do love most things about the game so far. So far I really enjoy the artwork and the game play. I always appreciate an open world and the pvp is a lot of fun. There’s your four stars. After three months, I will give a better updated review and change star ratings as needed.

Fun but with some issues.
The gameplay mechanics are excellent. It keeps me active when I got time to spend. However there is a lot of present issues that leave a base taste in my mouth. The first thing is the hero’s. I understand you need to make money however making it take more than a 100 dollars to get one hero is a big problem. All hero’s should have a chance to be found in the void. Make it a random chance even if the percentile is low. It would give more things for a player to grind for. The second thing is the stronghold and city system. Having. A required power is kind of a load of garbage. If your gonna have it the numbers should be greatly reduced. Once a person reaches lvl 14 or higher you a expected to have more than half your troops be gold. Which kinda makes grinding army’s up impossible when you gold max is never that high in the first place. I’m going to 3 Star this game because I greatly want to see improvements. I will change my rating in the future if these issues get better or worse. P.S- finding English people is way to difficult. Edit- so I replayed it with a friend for a while, and the same issues are present but worse as prices seem to have been increased, Keeping American and Chinese servers desperate for example could help mitigate the problem, as they tend to be able to advance faster and cheaper.

A third wheel add-on for an aging classic.
In case you missed it, Empire Earth was last 2001’s real-time hit from Stainless Steel Studios and Rick Goodman, co-designer of the original Age of Empires. Winscp software caused connection abort. It spanned 500,000 years of history, depicted 14 playable epochs, and sported hundreds of technologies, buildings, and units. The Art of Conquest offers three campaigns, the new “space” epoch, new civilizations, a few extra buildings and units, a couple dozen civ-specific attributes, and one extra Wonder.
Icao doc 7910 download. Of the three campaigns, the much-anticipated tango with the Roman Empire is the best. The missions are well-orchestrated and run from a fictitious general’s attempts to raise an army through to the ascension of Julius Caesar. The storytelling’s decent and the larger battles get the endorphins crackling, but it ends abruptly after six missions — which is simply too soon.
The other two campaigns consist of a mediocre rehash of the Pacific campaign in World War II and a muddled glimpse into a futuristic confederation of Asiatic republics as they scramble to colonize space. The WWII campaign comes off like the tutorial scenarios, where scope is so limited that technology development is moot. Midway, Iwo Jima, and Guadalcanal are all here, sort of, but tactics generally take a backseat to meeting arbitrary objectives. The scripting throughout is overwrought and ham-fisted.
Art Of Conquest Download Uptodown
The Asian/space campaign stumbles from Earth to Mars in outer space. Borrowing liberally from StarCraft, “planets” (or asteroids, or whatever) are chunks of land surrounded by “space,” which in turn is just water replaced by a black background. You get a few spaceships that follow the rock-paper-scissors formula of the naval vessels, a new death-ray howitzer, and a few bland unit upgrades, and that’s it. Carbon deposits replace trees; otherwise, it’s the same old resource grab from Empire Earth.
In an unabashed attempt to bring the series a step closer to “real-time Civilization,” the developers have added 23 civilization-specific powers: Ancient Greece gets flaming arrows, England gets exploration, Japan gets cyber-ninjas, and so on. Unfortunately, none of these abilities are used in the actual campaigns — they’re confined to multiplayer games — so you’re left to ponder what the point was. The gameplay gets marginally better in skirmish and multiplayer modes, but can’t really match the oomph of the original. It just doesn’t have enough steam.
